Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court has approved anticipatory bail for YCP Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy in the YS Viveka murder case, granting conditional bail. Meanwhile, Sunitha, the daughter of Viveka, submitted a memo to the High Court. During the arguments last week, Avinash's lawyer informed the court about Avinash Reddy's mother's ill health, emphasizing the need for him to take care of her. She mentioned that the Court can take action against them if they pass false statements about Avinash's mother's health conditions. In her memo, Sunitha stated that Avinash Reddy's mother hadn't undergone any surgery and requested to take action against Avinash. However, the High Court did not consider her memo and proceeded to grant bail to Avinash. Currently, CBI officials are reviewing the bail order issued by the High Court, and it is anticipated that the CBI will challenge this verdict in the Supreme Court.
