Hyderabad: Telangana High Court on Wednesday granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions to Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy in the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy. The court's decision comes with certain conditions imposed on Avinash Reddy. The MP has been directed to make himself available for questioning by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) every Saturday between 10 am and 4:15 pm. Additionally, as part of the bail terms, Avinash Reddy is required to submit two sureties with a surety bond amounting to 5 lakhs. Furthermore, the court has prohibited Avinash Reddy from leaving the country without prior information and permission from the CBI. This ruling by the Telangana High Court provides a temporary relief to Avinash Reddy, allowing him to stay out of custody while the investigation into the YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case continues. The conditions set by the court aim to ensure his cooperation with the CBI and maintain his availability for further inquiries.
