Hyderabad: YS Avinash Reddy has been granted conditional anticipatory bail by the Telangana High Court in the former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case. According to the reports, the Telangana High Court's vacation bench delivered the much-awaited relief to Avinash Reddy, allowing him anticipatory bail while imposing certain conditions. The court had previously instructed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) not to arrest Avinash till today during the arguments held last Saturday. The granting of anticipatory bail brings considerable respite to Avinash Reddy, who is accused in the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy. However, the specific conditions set by the High Court have yet to be revealed and will be made known in due course. It is learnt that in response to the High Court's decision to grant bail, Vivekananda Reddy's daughter is likely to approach the Supreme Court to seek further legal recourse.
