Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Department (CID) has filed an application in the ACB court located in Vijayawada, seeking permission to attach the residence of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Chandrababu Naidu. The property in question is situated near Karakattu Road in Undavalli, Guntur district. During the hearing on Tuesday, Special Public Prosecutor YN Vivekananda presented the submissions on behalf of the AP CID. Remarkably, the CID requested that interim orders for attachment be issued without prior notice to the respondents. In response, the judicial officer adjourned the hearing to Wednesday to thoroughly examine the relevant legal provisions and consider further arguments.
