Bengaluru: A nefarious mafia has emerged in Bengaluru, engaging in devious activities that are causing trouble for the city's residents. The mafia's tactic involves deliberately puncturing the tires of people's vehicles, leading to frequent flat tires and financial burdens as individuals have to spend money on repairs. The police investigation has revealed that certain individuals have been strategically placing nails and other sharp objects on the streets to cause tire punctures. Consequently, motorists are forced to line up at nearby repair shops for tire fixes. During the investigation, it became apparent that some criminals were capitalizing on this situation to make illicit profits. Notably, areas such as Anepalaya, Nanjappa Koodali, Opera Junction, and other locations have been particularly targeted by the police, who have discovered and removed over a kilo of nails and iron wires.
