New Delhi: A shocking incident unfolded in the Shahbad Dairy area of Delhi on Sunday night, as a 16-year-old girl was allegedly stabbed over two dozen times by a man. The accused, identified as Sahil (20), not only stabbed the girl but also kicked her multiple times before brutally bludgeoning her with a cement block. Disturbingly, this heinous act occurred while passersby witnessed the scene unfold. In a video capturing the incident, it can be seen that after a brief pause, Sahil returns to the victim and picks up a cement block to further assault her. Astonishingly, despite the repeated acts of violence, it took nearly 30-35 minutes for the police to receive a distress call reporting the incident.
