Prakasam: A devastating road accident near Tripurantakam in the Prakasam district shook the community as a car collided with an RTC bus, resulting in the loss of four lives. The incident occurred on the flyover bridge along the Anantapur - Amaravati express highway. According to eyewitnesses, the collision took place when the car, carrying six passengers, was ascending the flyover on the wrong route service road and failed to notice the approaching RTC bus, which was travelling at a high speed. The force of the impact was severe, leaving three individuals dead on the spot and causing critical injuries to three others. Local authorities and emergency services swiftly arrived at the scene to provide immediate assistance. The injured victims were rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
