A gazette notification from the Department of Economic Affairs outlined the coin's specifications, including its weight between 34.65 and 35.35 grams. The front side of the coin features the revered Lion Capital of the Ashoka Pillar with "Bharat" in Devanagari script and "INDIA" in English. Below the Lion Capital, the coin displays the Indian rupee symbol "₹" and the denomination value "75." The reverse side showcases an image of the Parliament Complex with the year "2023" inscribed.
