Hyderabad: A massive fire erupted on the top floor of the Union Bank office in Gandipet, a suburb of Hyderabad, creating a thick blanket of smoke that enveloped the surrounding area. The incident, which sparked an immediate response from firefighters and police, is currently being tackled to prevent further damage and ensure public safety. It is learnt that a fire broke out at a laptop packing company and no casualties were reported in the incident. Efforts are focused on containing the fire to prevent it from spreading to other areas of the building, particularly where the Union Bank office is located. Preliminary assessments suggest that a possible short circuit might have triggered the blaze.
