Planadu: In a tragic incident, a fatal road accident occurred in the Dachepalli mandal of Palnadu district, claiming the lives of five individuals and leaving seven others seriously injured. The accident occurred when a lorry collided with an auto carrying a group of laborers near Dachepalli. The collision resulted in an immediate loss of lives, with all five occupants of the auto succumbing to their injuries at the scene. Additionally, seven individuals sustained severe injuries and were swiftly transported to Gurjala Government Hospital for urgent medical treatment. Preliminary reports indicate that the auto was carrying a total of 23 passengers who were en route to their workplace in the Mirchi fields. Identified as residents of Narasapuram in Damaracharla Mandal, Nalgonda District, these individuals were tragically caught in the devastating accident near the Andhra Pradesh-Telangana border.
