A. Revanth Reddy, the Telangana Congress chief, expressed unwavering confidence on Saturday that the election outcome witnessed in Karnataka would be replicated in Telangana. Applauding the Congress party's triumph in Karnataka, Reddy declared that this success would transcend state boundaries. Speaking at a press conference, Reddy boldly stated, "Tomorrow it will be in Telangana, and subsequently the Congress flag will be hoisted on the Red Fort." Reddy further emphasized that the voters' rejection of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao's alliance with the Janata Dal-Secular (JD-S) demonstrated their refusal to endorse divisive politics. He accused KCR of seeking political gains through supporting the JD-S amidst the political instability in Karnataka. Highlighting the importance of communal harmony, welfare, and development, Reddy called upon the BJP to refrain from exploiting religious sentiments for political purposes. He urged the party to present a comprehensive vision for the nation's progress.
