Indian Olympic Association (IOA) President PT Usha met with wrestlers protesting against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on Wednesday. However, she faced criticism from supporters en route to the protest site due to a controversial remark she had made earlier. Usha left without addressing the media, but wrestler Bajrang Punia later confirmed that she had pledged her support to their cause. The wrestlers, including Punia, Sakshi Malik, and Vinesh Phogat, have been camping at Jantar Mantar for 11 days to raise sexual assault allegations against Brij Bhushan Singh.
