YSR Telangana Party President YS Sharmila has praised her late uncle, YS Vivekananda Reddy, calling him a great man and a good people's leader. Speaking out against false propaganda being spread about him, Sharmila condemned some of the media houses for assassinating his character by creating stories on his personal life. She also revealed that all of his assets had been written in the name of his daughter Sunita, with some properties also in the name of her children. Sharmila added that if the property was the reason for the murder, the accused would have killed Sunita instead of her uncle.
