Andhra Pradesh Tourism Minister, RK Roja, stated in an interview that the government is committed to the development of the state in all aspects. Roja defended the expert committee report on Rushikonda violation, stating that it was made according to certain guidelines. She also alleged that TDP Chief Chandrababu and Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan are enacting dramas to divert the attention of the people from Geetham University's alleged seizure of government land, and trying to defame the government after it seized it. Roja stated that they had all the necessary permissions, such as forest, fire, and pollution board control, to defend their claims. She further alleged that when Chandrababu faces any political problem, Pawan Kalyan tries to divert the situation by holding a Press Meet. Roja allegedly called Pawan Kalyan a package star lacking political knowledge. Roja claimed that people are well aware of these activities for the last nine years and no one is ready to accept it.
