Gurugram: In a shocking incident, Delhi-based YouTuber Joravar Singh Kalsi and his associate Gurpreet Singh were arrested on Tuesday by Gurugram Police for their involvement in a viral video in which currency notes were thrown from a running car in Gurugram. The video, which appeared to be a recreation of a scene from the Shahid Kapoor-starrer web series 'Farzi', was shot on the Golf Course Road in Gurugram. The car can be seen speeding forward as the notes were thrown from the boot. The video quickly went viral on social media platforms. After taking note of the incident, police filed a case against the duo under various sections of the IPC. This incident is not the first of its kind, as a similar one occurred in the recent past when a former village sarpanch in Gujarat’s Mehsana district showered money on a crowd gathered in front of his house as part of a wedding celebration.
