Today, the Telangana High Court provided a respite to Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy, who is under investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for his alleged involvement in the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy. The High Court had taken up a petition filed by Avinash Reddy challenging the CBI probe. Meanwhile, the CBI has issued a significant order in the case. Avinash Reddy was summoned for the third time by the CBI today for interrogation in Hyderabad. Interestingly, there were also some noteworthy developments in the High Court today. The Telangana High Court directed that Avinash Reddy should not be arrested in connection with the case, providing him with some temporary relief.
