Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy Devasthanam located in Ananvaram is soon going to introduce a mandatory dress code for all its devotees. In addition to this, there will be a revision of the norms for booking cottages. Despite the temple having a dress code in place since 2019, it has not been strictly enforced until recently. The new dress code mandates that men must wear either a panche, scarf, or kurta pajama, while women are required to wear a sari or kurta pajama. It is going to implement starting Tuesday. The Temple Incharge, EO Chandra Sekhar, has instructed the concerned officials to implement the dress code without fail. To ensure that the devotees follow the dress code, the temple officials have started an awareness program. Moreover, the instructions for the dress code have been mentioned on the tickets issued to the devotees.
