Hanamkonda: Bairi Naresh, the president of the Bharata Nasthika Samajam, has once again been attacked following his controversial comments about Ayyappa Swami and Hindu gods. According to the sources, Ayyappa devotees reportedly attacked Naresh in the Hanamkonda district while he was under police protection. Naresh had previously been jailed for making similar comments and had made further controversial statements upon his release. Ayyappa devotees claim that the attack was in response to Naresh's disrespectful behaviour. Naresh has called for government protection and has even requested a gun license. He claims that he was attacked when he was in the police vehicle Naresh was recently released on conditional bail from Charlapalli Jail after spending 45 days in custody for his previous comments. It is learnt that the Kodangal court granted him bail but imposed conditions on his release.
