The Indian film industry had a great night at the 80th Golden Globe Awards when "Naatu Naatu," the upbeat smash from SS Rajamouli's "RRR," danced its way to the best original song trophy. The song, which honours the friendship and dance spirit, won the Golden Globe despite stiff competition from Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and Taylor Swift. Ram Charan and Jr. NTR, as well as director SS Rajamouli, immediately leaped out of their chairs and raised their hands in celebration as soon as the winner was revealed. The win was celebrated by the entire team in attendance at the award presentation. Ram Charan and Jr. NTR, two actors, were seen clapping fervently.
