Macharla: Tension escalated in Palnadu's Macherla after Telugu Desam Party in-charge Julakanti Brahama Reddy and other 23 TDP leaders are going to visit Macharla today to sign the register in the police station. It is known that Julakanti and other leaders who are on anticipatory bail need to sign in the register at Macharla police station every Sunday. Police said that Section 144 is in force in Macharla. Earlier, on 16 December 2022, a clash took place between YSRCP and TDP activists during the Idem Karma event. Police registered cases against YSRCP and TDP leaders.
