Galla Jayadev, a member of the Telugu Desam party, spoke out against the injustice done towards Amaravati once again in the Lok Sabha on Thursday. The TDP MP addressed the Lok Sabha members and asked the Central government a number of issues. He has inquired about the construction initiatives carried out by the Center in Amaravati and the numerous tasks carried out as part of the Smart Cities project. Jayadev asserted that the relevant works were stopped after 2019. He inquired about the restoration of these works from the centre. Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri provided an explanation of the current state of these projects by providing statistics regarding their progress. The Union Minister Puri invited Jayadev to meet with him privately for a cup of tea or coffee so they could talk in-depth about these topics.
