Visakhapatnam: A video of Special Protection Group preventing Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy after he reportedly touched PM Modi while climbing stares at Visakhapatnam public meeting. In the viral video, Governor Harichandan and CM YS Jagan have seen following PM Modi while climbing the steps before entering the meeting. CM Jagan has reportedly taken some representative papers from someone and suddenly has seen keeping himself away from PM Modi. Later, he reportedly has seen touching PM Modi's right hand with his left hand and immediately one of the SPG member reportedly prevented him from touching PM Modi.
