Hyderabad: Telangana High Court on Saturday ordered the three accused in the alleged TRS MLAs poaching case, to surrender before the police within 24 hours. As per the reports, the High Court issued orders in favour of the state government and allowed the revision petition. The orders directed the accused Nanda Kumar, Ramachandra Bharati and Simhayaji to surrender before the police. The Court dismissed the ACB Court's orders of rejecting the remand of the accused. Earlier, the Court heard the police plea and ordered them not to leave the city. Today, the Court directed the police to take the accused into remand and produce them before the magistrate.
