Tollywood megastar gave an indirect counter to noted Avadhani and literary performer Garikapati Narasimha Rao during a book launch event. Chiranjeevi attended as a special guest to 'Shunyam Nundi Shikaragralu' book launch event. He made funny comments on Garikapati Narasimha Rao when a group of women rushed toward him to take pictures with him. Without mentioning the name of Garikapati, Chiranjeevi asked whether he is there and everyone on the stage laughed after his funny remarks. It is known that Garikapati Narasimha Rao expressed anger at Chiranjeevi during the Alai Balai program when a group of women took pics with him.
