Telangana's Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development KT Rama Rao(KTR), along with Ministers P Sabitha Indra Reddy, V Srinivas Goud, and Indra Kiran Reddy visited IIIT-Basara, also known as Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies-Basara, a state-run university in Telangana's Nirmal district. He talked to the students and ate lunch at the mess with them. Minister KTR has pledged to address the issues of the students and has stated that he will visit the campus once every six months to address all issues. In order to keep the campus clean, Minister KTR has additionally mandated that the students perform "Shramdanam" once each month.
