Hyderabad: Hundreds of devotees and visitors thronged Tank Bund in Hyderabad on the second day of the Vinayaka Chavithi as the immersion procession started in the city. People from many areas started the immersion procession of Lord Vinayaka in Hussain Sagar. The locale of Hussain Sagar turned colourful and is resonating the great cultures of Hyderabad. Amid the beats of musical drums, devotees are making a procession to Tank Bund and is immersing the Lord Vinayaka statues in Hussain Sagar with much fervour. On the other hand, GHMC officials are removing the statues from Hussain Sagar.
