Marri Sasidhar Reddy, a senior Congress leader, made sensational remarks. He claimed in an interview with Sakshi media channel that Telangana Congress In-charge Manickam Tagore had turned as the agent of TPCC chief Revanth Reddy. Marri Sasidhar Reddy responded to a query by stating that the high command is failing to take appropriate action against the leaders who are to blame for the party's internal conflicts. He claimsed that people in a office, which is located in close proximity to Gandhi Bhavan, is misleading the high command. He has criticised the internal politics of the Congress and Manickam Tagore for relying blindly on Revanth Reddy's statements. Marri Sasidhar Reddy responded that there had been rumours about him leaving the Congress party for many days in response to a question about them. Revanth Reddy, who allegedly referred to some senior leaders as the party's home guards, has been criticised for his remarks.
