The Munugode constituency's bi-poll preparation has emerged as a major political issue in Telangana. Telangana Congress took the election very seriously, as evidenced by the fact that Telangana Congress Incharge Manickam Tagore convened a conference with significant party figures from each of the six Mandals in the Munugode constituency. Madhu Goud Yaskhi, the chairman of the Telangana PCC Campaign Committee, skipped the meeting, disappointing Manickam Tagore, according to reports. The Congress High Command has taken the issue seriously and is using all available political resources on keeping the party's surviving members as some sarpanches and MPTC members left the party. Revanth Reddy, the PCC Chief of the Telangana Congress, will visit each of the six mandals in the Munugode constituency beginning on August 22 in order to assess the political climate and to inspire the party cadre.
