The Hindupur MP, who represents the in-power YSR Congress party, has denied the accusations against him about a video that casts doubt on his character. The ruling party MP responded to the video by claiming that it was a fabricated one to malign his reputation by the opposition. A few people with connections to the Telugu Desam Party have been identified by him as being involved in this conspiracy. He has accused other TDP leaders, including Siva Krishna, Ponnuri Vamshi, and Chinthakayala Vijay, of being the conspirators. He has demanded the release of an original video. Ayyanna Patrudu, a senior leader in the TDP and a former minister, has responded by calling for an investigation. He claimed that the police, ACB, and CB CID support the State administration. In support of his assertion, the former TDP minister said, "We have not produced any misleading video."
