President of the YSR Telangana Party YS Sharmila expressed displeasure that the administration, which believes the Kaleswaram project to be the most amazing project in the world, had experienced flooding in just three years. At the Jalasaudha office in Erramunzil, Hyderabad, a letter was submitted to the Telangana Chief Engineer requesting for an investigation into the alleged corruption and raising concerns about the project's quality. YS Sharmila and activists demonstrated in front of the office in protest after the Chief Engineer failed to provide a satisfactory response to their request. She has also criticised, claiming that since Telangana was formed, only KCR's family and contractors have benefited and ordinary people's life have remained unchanged.
