The 1930s–1940s are the setting for the period drama "Captain Miller," which stars actor Dhanush and filmmaker Arun Matheswaran. Dhanush makes a spectacular entrance on a bike while wearing a mask and carrying a gun in the project announcement video. Captain Miller is the name of Dhanush's character and his official title. T.G. Thyagarajan of Sathya Jyothi Films is the film's presenter, and Sendhil and Arjun Thyagarajan are its producers. Sai Siddharth and G. Saravanan collaborated to produce the movie. The film, which will be released in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi, is being hailed as Dhanush's most expensive Tamil film to date.
