Bilal has a fresh concept to create an electric vehicle in response to the rising costs of petrol and diesel, which are expected to continue in the upcoming years. The vehicle features a charging station inside and solar panels on the body. He modified his car, which he bought in 2009, and reportedly spent Rs 15 lakhs to develop it.
