On Thursday, P. Vijaya Reddy, a corporator for the GHMC and the daughter of the late P. Janardhan Reddy (PJR), a former minister, joined the Congress party in the presence of A. Revanth Reddy, Chief of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee.
