Bihar: In a shocking incident, a thief was seen stealing a mobile phone from a passenger who was sitting on a moving train at the doorstep. The incident took place on the Katihar-Barauni rail route and the police called the thieves as "jhapta gang". From the viral video, the victim identified as Mohammad Sameer was seen sitting at the edge of the train while it crossing a bridge and suddenly a person who was hanging from the steel foundation of the bridge snatched the mobile from the person. The victim complained about the incident and the video is now going viral on the internet.
