Former US President Barack Obama recently posted a video of himself with Jacob Philadelphia, the youngster who famously stroked his head in the 2009 photo 'Hair Like Mine.' When Jacob Philadelphia visited the Oval Office with his parents and older brother, he was just five years old. He had asked Barack Obama if his hair was similar to his, and the then-President of the United States had leaned down and allowed him touch his hair to find out. The scene was photographed and titled 'Hair Like Mine.' Obama saw Jacob again after nearly 13 years and posted a video of their meeting.
