On Friday evening, the top leaders of the Congress met at Gandhi Bhavan in the presence of state in-charge Manickam Tagore. The party's in-charge, who met and had a meeting led by PCC President Revanth Reddy, discussed Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's visit to Telangana as well as the party's future course of action. According to sources, Rahul Gandhi is planning a two-day trip of Telangana following Ramzan. Manickam Tagore is expected to make a statement shortly. Tagore will also meet with the presidents of the district parties. Several dignitaries attended the conference, including AICC secretaries, working presidents, the national vice-president of the Kisan Congress, the president of the state Kisan Congress, and a former Union minister.
