Hyderabad: Telangana Congress leaders Revanth Reddy, Komatireddy Venakatreddy and others met state Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan against the TRS government. Addressing the media after the meeting, Komatireddy Venkatreddy alleged that BJP and TRS are going hand in glove. He said that BJP and TRS are playing dramas after Congress is gaining popularity in the state. MP Revanth Reddy said that they submitted a memorandum to the Governor mentioning the problems of farmers. He said that the TRS government agreed to purchase paddy after facing pressure from Congress. He added that 30 per cent of farmers sold their paddy to the millers and mediators at low cost. He added that the millers are having the details of farmers who sold paddy at a less price and added that they have requested the Governor to assist the farmers by giving the balance money through the government.
