Paneer Rolls


1.Paneer 100 grams
2.Maida 3 tbsp
3.Bread slice 1
4.Soaked Badam 20 grams
5.Curd 2 tbsp
6.Baking powder a pinch
7.Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
8.Green chillies 2
9.Coriander leaves
10.Salt to taste
11.Oil for deep frying


1.Soak bread slice in curd and keep aside.
2.Take a bowl add paneer grated,green chilli paste,salt,baking powder,pepper powder,coriander leaves,maida,soaked bread slice and mix well.prepare a stiff dough.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
4.Now prepare bullet shaped rolls with paneer mixture and place a badam inside it.
5.Slowly drop the rolls in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and transfer into a plate,serve hot with tomato sauce.
