Saggubiyyam Dosa


1.Soaked sagoo 1 cup
2.Rice flour 3 cups
3.Tomatoes chopped 1
4.Carrot grated 1/2 cup
5.Curd 3 cups
6.Onion chopped 1
7.Green chillies 3
8.Coriander leaves
9.Salt to taste
10.Oil 2 tbsp


1.Soak rice flour,saggubiyyam in curd for 30 minutes.
2.Heat a skillet and pour scoop full of batter,spread evenly.
3.Drizzle some ghee,onions,carrot,tomatoes,coriander leaves on top of dosa.
4.Cover and cook for few minutes till done.Remove from skillet and transfer into a plate.Serve hot.
