3.Fenugreek seeds
4.Coriander leaves
5.Curry leaves
7.Green chillies
9.Tempering seeds
10.Cashew nuts


1.Heat a pan,add gongura,green chillies and some water,cover and cook for 5 minutes till leaves are tender.
2.Once done transfer into a bowl and mash well with spatula,Add curd,salt and mix well.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add cashew nuts and fry till light golden colour,transfer into curd mixture.
4.In the same pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves and saute for a minute.
5.Switch off the flame,Add dry roasted fenugreek powder and mix well.Rest the mixture to cool down for few minutes and finally transfer into curd mixture.
6.Sprinkle some grated carrot,coriander leaves and serve.
