Crunchy Caramel Choco Bar


1.Wafers 6
2.Sugar 100 grams
3.Fresh cream 2 tbsp
4.Dark chocolate 200 grams


1.First melt dark chocolate in oven and keep aside.
2.Take a pan add some sugar and melt it,prepare caramel sauce by stirring continuously.
3.Cook till golden brown colour,add fresh cram to the caramel and saute for few minutes.
4.Rest aside for few minutes to cool down the mixture.
5.Take a butter paper,spread some dark chocolate and place a wafer on it.Now coat the wafer with dark chocolate.
6.Apply caramel sauce on wafer and pour some chocolate mixture.Place another wafer on top.Repeat the same  process for 3 layers..
7.Now pour chocolate mixture on top of wafers and cover fully.Refrigerate for 5 minutes,Serve immediately.
