1.Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
2.Besan flour 1 cup
3.Green chillies chopped 4
4.Onion chopped 1
5.Giinger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
6.Sweet corn paste 1/4 cup
7.Curry leaves
8.Red chilli powder
9.Salt to taste
10.Rice flour 1/2 cup
11.Curd 2 tbsp
12.Turmeric powder a pinch
13.Coriander leaves
14.Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
15.Sugar a pinch
16.Baking soda a pinch
17.Oil for deep frying
18.Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
19.Coriander seeds 1 tbsp


1.Take a bowl combine besan flour,rice flour,corn paste,fenugreek leaves,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,curry leaves,onions,crushed coriander and cumin seeds,turmeric powder,sugar,curd,red chilli powder,garam masala,coriander leaves,baking soda,salt,oil.
2.Mix well all the ingredients evenly,meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Slowly drop the mixture in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Keep turning the pakodas and fry evenly.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
