Semiya Mamidi Pulihora


1.Semiya 2 cups boiled with some salt,1 tbsp oil
2.Raw Mango grated 1 cup
3.Cashew nuts
4.Peanuts 2 tbsp
5.Salt to taste
6.Green chillies 4
7.Curry leaves
8.Tempering seeds 1 tbsp
9.Turmeric powder 3/4 tbsp
10.Oil 2 tbsp
11.Ghee 1 tbsp


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,peanuts,cashew nuts,curry leaves,green chillies,salt and saute for few minutes.
2.Add raw mango grated and saute till moisture oozes out,now add boiled semiya and give it a good mix.Cook for a minute.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
