Vankaya Masala Bonda


1.Brinjals 1/4 kilo
2.Rice flour 1 cup
3.Besan flour 3 cups
4.Dry roasted peanuts 1/2 cup
5.Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
6.Putnalu 2 tbsp
7.Onion paste 1/4 cup
8.Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
9.Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
10.Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
11.Dry coconut powder 1 tbsp
12.Coriander leaves
13.Salt to taste
14.Lemon 2
15.Oil for deep frying


1.Take a pan add some water,slit brinjals and bring it to boil.
2.Meanwhile combine rice flour,besan flour,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,dry coconut powder,coriander leaves,peanut,sesame,putnala powder and mix well.
3.After brinjals are cooked remove from water and keep aside,now stuff the dry mixture in brinjals and keep aside.
4.Prepare besan flour batter and dip the brinjals,drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Transfer into a plate and garnish with onions,lemon.
