Veg Pulao

Veg Pulao


1.Basmati rice 2 cups
2.Beans 1 cup
3.Carrot 1/2 cup
4.Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
5.Curd 3 tbsp
6.Ginger 1/4 inch pieces
7.Green chillies 4
8.Green peas 1/2 cup
9.Mint 1/2 bunch
10.Garam masala (cloves,cinnamon,mace,cardamom,bay leaf)
11.Oil 20 ml
12.Onion 1
13.Potato 1
14.Salt to taste


1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add garam masala and saute for 3 minutes and let it cool.
2.Add chopped onions,salt and saute till light brown colour.
3.Add ginger garlic paste,pepper corns,green chillies,mint,coriander leaves and saute for  minute.
4.Add red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,potatoes and saute.
5.Add carrot,green peas and fry for 2 minutes,add curd and mix well.
6.Add the masala & the vegetables to the rice and mix.Cook till done.Serve hot.
