Tandoori Chicken


1.Chicken legs
2.Chaat masala powder
3.Coriander powder
4.Cumin powder
5.Garam masala powder
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Kasoori methi
8.Lemon juice
10.Pepper powder
11.Red chilli powder
12.Red colour
13.Salt to taste
14.Turmeric powder


1.Clean and cut chciken leg pieces,make 2-3 slits.Apply salt,red chilli powder,lime juice and keep aside for 15 minutes.
2.Prepare marination with coriander powder,cumin powder,red chillies,kasoori methi,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,red colour and prepare a smooth paste.
3.Add salt to the ground paste and combine with curd,mix well.Now apply the paste on slits evenly all over.
4.Preheat the oven for 425 degrees F.Cook for 20-25 minutes till the chicken is tender.Serve hot.
