1.Capsicum red,yellow,green
2.Coriander leaves
3.Coriander powder
4.Cumin powder
5.Curry leaves
6.Garam masala powder
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Green chillies
10.Lady finger
12.Red chilli powder
13.Salt to taste
15.Turmeric powder


1.Cut lady fingers into small pieces and deep fry to avoid stickiness.
2.Cut tomatoes and capsicum into cubes.
3.Take a pan add oil,cumin seeds,corinader seeds crushed,chopped
onion,salt mix well and then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste,cook it
for 2 mins and then add curry leaves,green chillies saute them.
4.Now add tomatoes cook it for 1 min, then add coriander powder, cumin
powder,chilli powder mix well and cook for 4min till tomatoes are cooked
now add capsicum,and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves , and finely
add the fried bhendi, mix little bit and close it a lid for 4 min in
very slow flame.
5.After done,sprinkle some garam masala and serve hot with rice.
