Vegetable Cutlet


2.Mixed boiled vegetables
3.Bread crumbs
4.Cashew nuts
5.Coriander leaves
6.Cumin seeds
7.Ginger garlic paste
11.Red chilli powder
12.Salt to taste
13.Turmeric powder


1.Boil and peel the skin of potato and grate into a separate bowl.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,cashew nuts,turmeric powder,garlic paste and mix well.
3.Now add coriander chopped,coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix well,cook on low flame and avoid burning.
4.Now add boiled veggies to the frying pan and cook till dry.
5.Add mashed potatoes to the frying pan,mto that add lemon juice and mix well.Prepare small dumplings as you desire.
6.Take maida mix in water make a paste or you can use egg so that you can dip the cutlet into it and then dip in bread crumbs.
7.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,drop the cutlets and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve hot.
