2.Boiled green peas
3.Coriander leaves
4.Coriander powder
5.Cumin powder
7.Garam masala powder
10.Red chilli powder
11.Salt to taste
12.Tomatoes chopped
13.Turmeric powder

1.Apply some oil to the eggplant. Keep it on a hot griddle tawa in reduced flame or put it in the oven at high heat and bake .
2.Cook all the sides of brinjal,once done,rest aside to cool down.Now peel the skin and mash well.
3.Heat some oil in another pan,add garlic ,green chilli and chopped onions and fry over medium flame until
light golden brown. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and
turmeric powder.
4.Stir well and add chopped tomatoes and cook till tender. Now add the
mashed eggplant , cooked peas and salt and stir for 5-6 minutes on a
medium flame.Cook till done.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapathis.
