Bengali Eggplant Fry


2.Mustard oil
3.Red chilli powder
4.Rice flour
5.Salt to taste
6.Turmeric powder


1.First cut the brinjal into round circles.
2.For marination add red chilli powder,salt and mix well,now apply this mixture to sliced brinjals.
3.Now heat a non stick pan drizzled with some oil.place the coated brinjal slices on pan and cook evenly.
4.Cook till nice brown colour on both sides.Serve hot with rice.
